This particular example features its original 1100cc 25-horsepower flat-four engine, paired with a 4-speed manual transmission – both of which are numbers-matching and run smoothly. The engine starts with ease and delivers that unmistakable vintage VW sound. The chassis and pan are original, solid, and free of structural rust, having been meticulously maintained and stored properly over the decades.
