The 2020 Hisun Sector 250 EFI is a compact youth utility side-by-side that combines a smaller off-road platform with practical features such as a rear cargo bed. Its layout provides steering-wheel controls and side-by-side seating in a vehicle sized below a full-size utility UTV.
The Sector 250 uses a 229cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder engine with liquid cooling and electronic fuel injection. Although it carries the “250” model name, its published engine displacement is 229cc. EFI electronically meters fuel delivery, while liquid cooling helps regulate engine temperature during operation. Electric starting allows the engine to be started without a pull cord.
An automatic CVT transmission changes its drive ratio as speed and load change, eliminating the need to manually shift through individual gears while driving. The published transmission layout includes low, high, neutral, and reverse. Low range provides lower gearing for slower operation, while high range is intended for normal travel.
